Groups and Activities

Members may belong to as many interest groups as they wish, although sometimes a Group may temporarily not have any vacancies. Groups usually meet in members' homes, unless the group is too large, in which case they may meet in a local hall, for which an additional small charge may be made.

Groups do not have 'teachers' as such, but leaders who are also members, and the learning is a mutual process for both leaders and group members, all are u3a members alike.

Ideas for Interest Groups come from members. If you have any suggestions for a new group, or are willing to host or lead one, please speak to a member of the Committee.
